Our Wood Plyometric Jump Box are built tough from 3/4 inch thick construction-grade plyowood. Center support is not required nor included for the smallest box 16”/14”/12” box. We provide center support for the two larger sized boxes because they have extra surface area.

Plyo Box Jumps
Standing in front of a box, get into a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. Kick your feet back into a push up position and lower body to the floor.
Plyo Box Step Ups
Get in front of the Plyo Box. Step up onto the box with one leg, then bring the other leg up as you straighten both legs. Step back down and repeat on the opposite side, and repeat.
