How to Use Versa Gripps

Pulling Exercises

With the Versa Gripps standing in front of the palm of your hand, position the lifting bar between your palm and the gripping portion. Using the tips of your fingers, fold the thicker end of the grip over the top of the weightlifting bar. At this point you are locked on and ready to pull.

Pushing Exercises

Position the Versa Gripps farther up on the wrist, then pull the strap tightly around the wrist. With the palm piece lying against the palm of your hand and the weightlifting bar resting on top of the grip, grasp the weightlifting bar as you normally would to perform a pushing exercise.

Which Versa Gripps size do I need?

The size of Versa Gripps is not determined by your hand size but your wrist circumference. To determine the correct size of Versa Gripps that you need, please wrap a measuring tape all the way around your wrist (directly over your wrist bone).

Which style of Versa Gripps should I buy?

This depends upon your size, how you work out and your personal preferences. For our top-of-the-line most durable product. go with the Pro Series. For a good entry level grip, try the Classic Series. For women with smaller hands, try the Fit Series.

How do I clean my Versa Gripps?

Use a cleaner such as a light glass cleaner that contains ammonia-d, to cut out the grease and dirt buildup from normal use. Spray cleaner onto a cloth and wipe the grip portion clean. Do not put them in a washing machine or immerse them in water.

How should my Versa Gripps fit on my wrist?

Versa Gripps are designed to fit securely (not too tightly) around the base of the weightlifters hand. When worn with a proper fit, the user should be able to easily rotate them around to the back of their hand when they are not in use.
