This high-intensity upper body workout is the perfect balance of beginner-friendly exercises that not only tone your arms, but also get your heart rate up!

Day 40: Upper body
Equipment: Chair  and small dumbbells (or water bottles)
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for three rounds. Be sure to complete 30 seconds on each side for single-leg movements.

  • Arm flutters
  • Shoulder rotator
  • Arm swings
